The  varieties are Garnatxa (8.5 ha),Tempranillo (6,9) Merlot (3.4 ha), Cabernet Sauvignon (2.2 ha), Viura (2.1) ha).

"Great wines are made in the vineyards and not in the cellar. Indeed, we ought to go back to the earth, let the soil dictate. The wine maker must subordinate himself to the total terroir of his vineyard and let nature make the wine" explains Joseba.

Now being cultivated in accordance with Biodynamic farming practice and Joseba's "know how", the estate distinguishes itself by the concentration, suppleness and balance which the wines extol.
The silky tannins and long finish guarantee immense satisfaction when drinking now or wonderful promise for those who prefer a wine with style.

All of  Iberum  wines fall under the control of the CPAEN-NNPEK   ISO 9001:2000 Nafarroako Nekazal Produkzio Ekologikoaren Kontseilua  . This is a public  responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Navarra Government. This organisation undertakes regular inspections and certifies that the terms of the European Regulation 2092/91 on organic produce are adhered to.

2007 harvest was excellent. It produced ripe grapes and full flavours. The young juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks .

 A portion has been aged in older small oak to enhance the evolution and harmonise the aromatics while retaining unique fruit vibrancy.

This wine initially has harmony and develop a soft complexity.
